Doors open for guests to arrive at 4:00 pm. Our wedding ceremony begins at 5:00 pm. The bar will be open - so please plan to arrive early and grab your beverage of choice for the ceremony.

Our ceremony and social hour will be held outdoors, be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. The most important factor is SHOES! We would highly recommend not wearing spike heels, unless you want to aerate the lawn of course. Wedges, flats, boots, etc. work way better.

Getting to and from the Hidden Meadow & Barn
 
A shuttle service will be provided to and from the Hidden Meadow & Barn for our wedding and reception. Shuttle Schedule:

Heading to the Ceremony (pick-up times and locations):

3:00 PM: AmericInn, Wabasha (bus will leave at 3 sharp!)

3:05 PM: Anderson House, Wabasha (bus will arrive at 3:05, be outside and ready to board when bus arrives)

3:50 PM: Stockholm (be outside and ready to go when bus arrives)

4:00 PM: Pepin (bus will come to the Pepin Motel so be there and ready to go), bus will be pretty full and they will take as many people as they can. 

4:15-4:20 PM: Bus will pick the rest of the group up at the Pepin Motel

Heading Back (departure times a drop-off locations):

10:00 PM: Early bus - will head back to Wabasha, Stockholm & Pepin (please let him know if you need to go to Wabasha or Stockholm)

11:15 PM: This bus is just for the Pepin people (wedding party will go to Third Base Bar around midnight so he can drop you off there or the Pepin Motel)

11:45-12PM: This bus will pick up the rest of the group and will take people to Pepin, Stockholm and Wabasha - THIS IS THE LAST BUS!

If you prefer to drive yourself, Hidden Meadow & Barn is about 5 miles from Pepin down some windy backroads. There is plenty of onsite parking.
